Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently

• Review, verify, and match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors and internal departments

• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers

• Maintain vendor records and assist with 1099 preparation

• Reconcile A/P accounts and assist with month-end close

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks Online and Desktop

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: $27 - $30 per hr.
